Colleen is a seasoned Customer Success Executive with over 13 years of experience at HubSpot. During her tenure, she led International and Global teams in Customer Success, Services, and Account Management.
 
Colleen played a vital role in launching HubSpot's first international office in Dublin, Ireland. Under her leadership, she grew the EMEA Customer Success team from 10 to over 100 members across Ireland, Germany, and France. She ran the Integrated Customer Experience team, focusing on innovation and scalable solutions for customers and partners, and also managed Global Contract Management, overseeing renewals and customer retention.
