Reflection on 2024
This year brought its challenges—especially with the economy in the first half—but it also reminded us of the value of resilience and adaptation.
At Denamico, we doubled down on our culture, reinforcing core values while finding ways to make work more enjoyable. We invested in bringing our team together—from HQ gatherings in Minneapolis to HubSpot’s INBOUND conference in Boston—and added new skillsets in areas like change management, training, implementation, and growth strategy to better support our clients' evolving needs.
These efforts are bearing fruit. Our team is thriving, new projects are running smoothly, and we’re operating at full capacity (and loving it!) as we wrap up the year. It’s all thanks to the trust and collaboration of our clients, who fuel our purpose as a company and as individuals.
